BOY+Co. Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Access

Subscription appointments are available exclusively:

• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Appointments outside these hours will be charged at full price.

2. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made in advance via our booking system.

• Subscription clients are not guaranteed an appointment — early booking is encouraged.

• Subscription use is limited to one haircut per calendar week.

• Once a cancellation request has been submitted, appointments cannot be made beyond the current billing cycle.

• Missed appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• More than 2 no-shows or late cancellations within 90 days may result in suspension.

• Repeated cancellations without rebooking may result in restricted booking access.

3. Fair Use Policy

• Subscriptions are intended for regular grooming (weekly or fortnightly).

• Subscriptions are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

• Client identity may be verified at any time to prevent misuse.

• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or cancellations is not permitted.

• BOY+Co. reserves the right to limit or pause new subscriptions based on demand.

4. Pause Policy

• Subscriptions may be paused for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.

• Pause requests must be submitted via email to wearelostboy.co at least 48 hours in advance.

• Pauses are not permitted within the first 4 weeks of a new subscription.

• Each pause must be a minimum of 1 week, with at least 2 weeks of active status between pauses.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.

• Frequent late changes may lead to a subscription review or suspension.

6. Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed at $27.50 per week, automatically.

• Payment begins at the moment of sign-up.

• It is the client’s responsibility to maintain current payment information.

• All payments are non-refundable, including early cancellations or missed appointments.

7. Minimum Commitment

• A 4-week minimum commitment applies to all new subscribers.

• If a subscription is cancelled within the first 4 weeks, the client will be billed for the remaining weeks to fulfill the commitment.

• Subscriptions cancelled early may be restricted from re-subscribing in the future.

8. Misuse Policy

BOY+Co. may suspend or cancel subscriptions that:

• Exceed fair use (e.g. more than one haircut per calendar week)

• Attempt to book outside of eligible subscription hours

• Share usage with another person

• Abusively pause or cancel appointments

• Repeatedly impact availability for other clients

• Use multiple accounts to bypass policies
